Who We Support
At Proximity Church Ottawa, we are honoured to partner with missionaries beyond our congregation. Through your generosity we’re able to partner with people and organizations that impact their communities locally and around the world.

Street Level Advocacy:
Andrew Williamson
Proximity Church supports “Street Level Advocacy” based in Peterborough Ontario, through our support of Andrew Williamson and his family.
Andrew is the Assistant Advocate on a team of community volunteers who are passionate about people. They exist to connect street-affiliated friends with with resources that already exist within the city of Peterborough. They engage five days a week, providing food, coffee, tents, sleeping bags, and other supplies that help them to build trusted relationships with the intention to help people make “next steps” in a positive direction; physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually.
